Who makes Valentine's Day special for kids
 with no one?"

A 7-year old asked this question in 2007.
The answer became Fill a Heart for Kids.

The Founding Moment

Young Lilly McAveeney asked why foster children had nobody to celebrate them. So she and her mom packed 38 care packages and hand delivered them on  Valentine's Day.

I used to cry on Valentine's Day because I
wanted a
mommy
so bad.

From 38 Packages
to Thousands

The first Valentine's Day delivery grew into a full nonprofit. Today FAH4K serves 2,400+ children every year across the Chicagoland area.

What FAH4K Does Today

Care packages. Birthday celebrations. Food for homeless children. School supplies. Winter coats.
FAH4Ks fills the gaps the system can't - because every child deserves to be seen.
